I offer strength and performance coaching locally at the Westland Recreation Centre, in your home, or through personalised online programmes. Whether you’re chasing performance goals or simply want to feel stronger and healthier, performance training can be for everyone.


How can I help?

Strength and performance training looks different for everyone. For some people it might be improving strength and fitness for everyday life, for others it might be running faster, getting stronger, preventing injuries, or preparing for an event. My coaching is built around the individual, their goals, their current fitness level, and what is realistic for their lifestyle.

Training can be done in a number of ways depending on what suits you best. This may be gym-based training at the Westland Recreation Centre, training outdoors using the environment and trails around us, one-on-one sessions in your home, or following a structured online training programme with guidance and support. The goal is to make training effective, enjoyable and sustainable.

Getting Started

If you’re unsure where to start, the first step is a free 30-minute meeting. This can be done over the phone, via video call, or in person. This gives us a chance to talk about your goals, your training history, any injuries or limitations, and what sort of coaching or training structure might suit you best.

If you decide you would like to move forward, the next step is a one-hour consultation. This session includes basic health screening, discussion around goals and expectations, training history, lifestyle factors, and looking at what we need to put in place to help you progress safely and consistently.

From there, we move into either in-person training sessions or a personalised online programme, depending on what we agreed would suit you best.

Training can be structured in a number of ways:

Gym Based Training
Strength training, conditioning, injury prevention, and performance-focused training using gym equipment.

Outdoor Training
Using trails, hills, tracks, and outdoor spaces to build strength, endurance, fitness and resilience.

Home Training
One-on-one sessions in your home, or programmes designed around the equipment you have available.

Online Coaching & Programmes
Structured training programmes delivered online with guidance, progression and support.

Coaching Philosophy

My focus is on building strong foundations, consistency, and training that fits into real life. You don’t need to be an athlete to train for performance. Performance simply means improving from where you are now — getting stronger, moving better, having more energy, reducing injury risk, or preparing for an event or challenge.

Training should support your life, not take it over.
